Calibers Shipping & Return Policy

Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and destination. We charge the posted FedEx or USPS delivery charge plus a surcharge for handling to ship a package to your home or  FFL Dealer. You can estimate shipping charges by clicking view cart or during the checkout process.

HOW TO GET THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING: Keep in mind when adding items to your cart, the base shipping fee for the first item is the most expense. Additional items may only increase the shipping fee by a few dollars. Try to bundle several items into one order.

All HANDGUNS ship for $9.99 USPS 2nd Day Air to your FFL.

We make every attempt to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday thru Friday. Orders deliver to your door or your FFL Dealer, Monday thru Friday. Please take into account order processing time.

We ship from our warehouses located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We only ship orders to addresses in the U.S. We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses.


Firearm Shipping Information

All firearms must be shipped from Calibers to your local Federal Firearms License Dealer (FFL). Read below to learn how to complete your firearm order from Calibers.

Step 1. Add your selected firearm(s) and/or ammunition(s) to your cart and check out.

**The firearm(s) will not be reserved until payment has been received.**


Step 2. Select your FFL dealer and contact them to arrange for the transfer. If you do not have a FFL, you can find dealers in your area by going to http://fflgundealers.net. Most dealers are willing to accept transfer for a fee, but they must be notified before your order ships.


Step 3.  Have a copy of the FFL dealer’s license sent to Calibers, LLC with the exact information listed below.

You or your dealer can fax, email, or postal mail a copy of the FFL License to Calibers. The preferred method is by email.

Within 1 business day of receiving the FFL, Calibers will ship your firearm(s) to the address listed on the dealer's FFL and provide a tracking number to you by email. You are responsible for tracking your package and contacting your dealer to arrange pickup.

Step 4. Pick up your firearm at your local dealer. Transfer fees usually apply. Your dealer will ask you to fill out the required paperwork and conduct background check(s) as neccessary. Once completed, possession of the firearm will then be transfered to you.

***Before completing the background check and accepting your firearm, carefully inspect it for damage, functionality, and that it matches exactly what you ordered. This is your opportunity to refuse acceptance of the order and request it be returned to Calibers for a refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Firearms transferred to your possession are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days* of purchase.


With Receipt:

Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Without Receipt: 

Items returned within the guidelines without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Calibers gift card.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.



*Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:

Firearms, black powder guns, ammunition, gunpowders, and primers may not be returned for any reason due to safety considerations.

National brand optics, may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its' original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. After 30 days these items must be returned to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties are in effect.

Optics include:

Binoculars, scopes, spotting scopes, rangefinders, sights, and sunglasses.


How do I return merchandise?

Contact us for a FedEx return label to affix to the package. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

Or you may use the shipper of your choice at your expense. For your protection, insure the package for the full value and send to:

Return items with your packing list to any Calibers retail store.  Present a valid photo ID which will be used in a manner consistent with State and Federal laws for the purpose of authorizing returns. (Valid ID's include Drivers License, State-issued ID, U.S. Military ID and Passport.)



Take your items to any Calibers, LLC Retail Store and present a valid photo ID which will be used in a manner consistent with State and Federal laws for the purpose of authorizing returns. (Valid ID's include Drivers License, State-issued ID, U.S. Military ID and Passport.)

You may also return any item to the address listed above, including a copy of your receipt.
